INFORMATION COLLECTED
Contact information: name, complete address, phone number, email address;
Payment information: credit card number and expiration date, and billing information;
Information concerning how you would like to be recognized; and
Your request (if any) to receive periodic updates from the Foundation of the AAGL related to specific fundraising appeals and programs.
HOW INFORMATION IS USED
The Foundation of the AAGL uses your information to help you complete a donation transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on our programs and future donation opportunities. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained.
Although the Foundation of the AAGL has reasonable controls to prevent unauthorized physical access by third parties to electronically stored credit card information, please be aware that no security system can guarantee information transmitted over the internet will be secure from unlawful interception by outside parties.
NO SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Foundation of the AAGL will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailing on behalf of other organizations. While the Foundation of the AAGL often publicly honors its major donors by listing their names on our website or printed materials, we will honor any donor requests to remain anonymous.
